Phases run in order; the foundation ships before automation is built on it.
Normal seasonal workload — a peak-season crunch may shift dates, not price.
Terms:
Payment per phase, invoiced on delivery of that phase. Stop after any completed phase with no further obligation.
Not included: ongoing monthly management (available separately) and third-party software fees.
