Welcome to Sidekick. By using our site or services, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

What we provide

Sidekick provides AI-assisted business assessments and recommendations — a free Readiness Snapshot and paid tiers (Gap Analysis and beyond). Our deliverables are informational business guidance, not legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. You’re responsible for decisions you make based on them.

Accounts & access

Paid access is delivered through a secure link and a one-time PIN. Keep your PIN confidential; it’s for your assessment only. Don’t share, resell, or misuse access.

Payments & refunds

Paid tiers are one-time payments processed by our payment provider. Prices are shown before you buy. If you’re not satisfied with your deliverable, contact us within 3 days for a review and possible refund. Founding-cohort pricing is limited to 25 redemptions and may require a testimonial as described at checkout.

Recording & AI

Paid interviews are conducted by an AI assistant and are recorded and transcribed with your consent (see our Privacy Policy). You agree not to record our AI assistant for resale or to rebuild a competing service.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Sidekick to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. Provide accurate information so your results are useful.

Your content

You keep ownership of the information you provide. You grant Sidekick a limited license to use it to deliver and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sidekick isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Our recommendations are estimates; results vary by business.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms (we’ll change the effective date) or suspend access for misuse. You can stop using the service any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
