CREAM Capital of Virginia, LLC (“Sidekick,” “we,” “us”) helps small-business owners understand where they stand on AI and operations. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: support@readyforsidekick.com.

What we collect

• You give us: your name, business name, email, and the answers you provide in the free Readiness Snapshot form or the paid voice interview. If you share an optional website or social link, we use it for light context only.
• From your call (paid): an audio recording and transcript of your interview with our AI assistant, plus the structured details it captures to build your plan.
• Automatically: basic usage and device analytics (pages visited, steps completed) to improve the product. See “Analytics & cookies” below.
• We do not ask for or want sensitive personal information (government IDs, health, etc.). Please don’t share it.

How we use it

• To generate and deliver your Snapshot and paid deliverables.
• To contact you about your results and, if you opt in, occasional tips and offers (you can unsubscribe any time).
• To improve our assessments and AI quality (a human on our team reviews work before it reaches you).
• We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run our product, under contract: hosting and app infrastructure, our database, our voice/AI providers that power and transcribe the call, payment processing, and our email providers. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.

How long we keep it & deletion

We keep your data for 36 months after your last interaction, then delete or anonymize it. You can request access to, or deletion of, your data any time at support@readyforsidekick.com; we’ll respond within 45 days. You can also ask us to delete a call recording specifically.

Recording consent

Paid calls are recorded and transcribed. We disclose this at the start of every call and ask for your consent before proceeding; you can decline or ask us to stop.

Analytics & cookies

We use privacy-friendly product analytics to understand how the site is used. We don’t use advertising trackers. [Adjust this line to match your final analytics tool and any cookie banner.]

Children

Sidekick is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We’ll post updates here and change the effective date. Material changes will be emailed if we have your address.
